Head of Software Engineering (m/f/d)

Your mission

Lead our software engineering team to build our cloud-native SaaS solution called "ParkHere OS"
Shape our agile software development processes following state-of-the-art practices to keep a fast pace through high quality
Take full ownership for the architecture of our whole system consisting of our cloud, web and mobile applications and IoT devices
Work closely with product management on finding the best solutions for our customers' problems
Enable the team to deliver on time and meet stakeholders' expectations
Hire the best talent to join our team
Inspire and empower our team through mentorship and coaching

Your profile

You have experience as an engineering manager or cloud architect
You have already worked extensively on the design and development of complex SaaS solutions
Your have certification as "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional"
You are familiar with a majority of our tech stack: Java/Kotlin, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, ...), Terraform, Javascript, React
You have very good communication, coaching and people management skills to lead or Software team consisting of two squads
